Introduction

C22.12 introduces a new feature to Share confidential files/folders with external users. This increases efficiency when sharing confidential documents; users no longer need to take screenshots and put them in email.

How it works

1. User signs in to Acronis Files Cloud.
2. User selects a file or a folder and shares it by selecting "Disable download for external users"
3. External users, with access to the shared content, are able to preview it via their web browser but cannot download it.
