Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud: Agent auto-update fails with "There is not enough free space for installation or update. The available space must be greater than 5 GB" although disks have more space available

For Linux and macOS: The root directory.
For Windows: The disk where the agent is installed.

Symptoms

Agent auto-update or remote update fails with the following error: "There is not enough free space for installation or update. The available space must be greater than 5 GB."
However, agent machine has more free space available.

5 GB of free space is required in the following directories:

Free up the space in the corresponding directories.
