- Local update of agent, auto-update or remote update finishes with error "One or several critical issues are found"
The error appears if launch conditions (installation prerequisites) are not met.
To find out the exact root cause, refer to the Bootstrapper logs:
- Open ProgramData\Acronis\InstallationLogs
- Find the folder that matches the date of installation attempt
- Open the bootstrapper.log in any text editor and find an error in the very end of the document:
