- You are using an Advanced Security pack and have URL Filtering module enabled.
- Cameras are getting blocked: there is no way to watch videos using Hikvision CCTV, Milesight CMS or similar software because the client is unable to connect to the cameras.
Acronis Development team is working on a fix.
This article will be updated as soon as the issue is resolved.
In the meantime, the following workaround can be applied.
Disable URL filtering module from the protection plan.
