- Agent auto-update or remote update fails with the error code "24510491": "Failed to download installation file from the server"
Network issues in the environment that prevents installation files from successfully downloading.
- Make sure that it is possible to reach the Acronis repository from the affected agent:
- Investigate Windows Event logs - System for any DNS- or network-related errors.
- Run Connection Verification tool on the affected agent machine.
