Error 0x450001: User for 'MMS' service is not specified. Specify 'MMS_SERVICE_USERNAME' and 'MMS_SERVICE_PASSWORD' to install the service on domain controller.

Existed DC ( member of the administrator and "logon as service" group)s account is required to be specified locally while running the Acronis installer directly on the target DC machine. Default Local System account cannot be used on the DC machine due to its internal OS restrictions;

As a workaround, you will require to download the Acronis software installer from your Acronis account and run it directly on the DC machine.
