CustomAction PrepareUsers returned actual error code 1603 (note this may not be 100% accurate if translation happened inside sandbox)
Action ended 10:46:55: PrepareUsers. Return value 3.
Action ended 10:46:55: INSTALL. Return value 3.
Existed DC ( member of the administrator and "logon as service" group)s account is required to be specified locally while running the Acronis installer directly on the target DC machine. Default Local System account cannot be used on the DC machine due to its internal OS restrictions;
Our R&D team is working on the solution and fix should be implemented in one of the closest Acronis Cyber Protect 15 software updates.
As a workaround, you will require to download the Acronis software installer from your Acronis account and run it directly on the DC machine.
