Scenario 1: You open a mobile backup task in Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office, click on "Browse file" button and get the error message:

Scenario 2: You open C:\ProgramData\Acronis Mobile Backup Data in Windows Explorer and try to browse the archive, but it fails with the error:

An error occurred while opening the backup archive


For scenario 1: This is a known issue, which is planned to be fixed in future updates. Please, use your mobile app to restore the data from mobile backup: see Recovering with your mobile device.

For scenario 2: Browsing a mobile archive in Windows Explorer directly is not supported, as mobile backup does not have the same structure as a usual .tibx file, so it's an expected program behavior.
