After updating to Acronis Cyber Protect 15 Build 28503, new protection plans cannot be created, existing protection plans cannot be run or applied, if destination is local (network share, disk, etc.)
Backup to Cloud works fine with the same license.
Operations fail with one of the following errors:
The protection plan cannot be applied or updated as the device has no license
The protection plan cannot be run as the device has no license
At the same time, a license is assigned to the affected machine.
Issue in the product.
This issue has been fixed in December 2021.
Please reallocate the licenses to management server:
- Open Cloud console and go to Settings -> License usage
- Click Allocate licenses, then set all quotas to 0 and save changes.
- Click Allocate licenses again and allocate the required amount of licenses to this management server.
- If activation was performed through file (offline activation), then download the new activation file and reactivate the management server.
