69765: Acronis Cyber Files Cloud: Desktop client crashes on macOS

When you attempt to launch Cyber Files Desktop Client for Mac, the tray icon appears and then disappears right away - the software crashes.


Issue in the product.

A fix is planned for C21.12 (ETA December 2021).


As a workaround, delete the keychain entry and then log in again:

  • Open Keychain Access from the Mac OS Applications
  • Find the entry com.acronis.filescloud and delete it
  • Start the Cyber Files agent
  • Open Preferences and log in: enter username, then log in through the Login page.
