- 'Last backup date' under Devices tab is shown incorrectly in comparison with the 'Activities' tab: last backup date is in the past, although backups run regularly.
- False-positive alerts "Backup is missing" and "Backup did not start" while the backup activity works fine.
Issue in the product caused by wrong activity timestamp in DML database.
This issue was fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 21.01, Agent build 26226. Please update to the latest build.
For earlier builds: check Activites for the machine to verify that backups indeed run correctly and the alert is false. Then wait for the backup task to run again: Last backup date will be corrected automatically.
