Attempt to apply a protection plan fails with the following error:
The optional value is null
Issue in the product.
This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 20.11.
For earlier builds, there are two possible workarounds:
Edit the protection plan, change the backup destination to a different location then save changes. Then edit the protection plan again and point to the original backup location
- Delete the existing backup plan that produces the error and create a new backup plan pointing to the existing archive
