Remote access fails with the following error:

The remote desktop connection functinality is available for the XXXX because the device has no appropriate service quota assigned that allows the requested action. To change the quota manually, go to Details>Service quota
However, the device has an appropriate quota assigned.
The quota is selected but it is under Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud Standard edition. Acronis Cyber Backup Cloud Standard edition is not supported for the Remote access.
