Officially supported Linux distributions can be found in User Guide: for Agent, for Management Server. These distributions have been tested in Acronis labs and Acronis products have proven to work appropriately on them. Acronis products are tested on many available systems, however, only a limited number of environments can be tested with the available time and resources.

If a Linux distribution is not listed in the documentation, and even if the kernel version is not supported, due to specifics of Linux operating system architecture Acronis Cyber Protect can still perform adequately.

We recommend installing a trial version of the product to check how Acronis Cyber Protect behaves in your environment. you can download the trial version from Acronis website. While we cannot guarantee flawless functionality on the system that has not been tested officially, the main functionality is likely to operate on most Linux distributions.

Any issues that are found during the trial be forwarded to Acronis Development team for research, allowing for the possibility that the distribution is supported in future versions of the product.
