Symptoms

Backup status widget is empty in Dashboards and Reports after C20.08 release:

Cause

Issue in the product. Widget is not displayed correctly if grouping by Customer name or Folder name is selected.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud 20.09.

As a workaround for earlier builds, select a different grouping: go to widget settings (Edit button top right corner of the widget) and set grouping to Not selected or select a grouping other than Folder name or Customer name:
