Installation of Devicelock Enterprise Server interrupted returning ‘Changeconfigservice error (1057): the account name is invalid or does not exist, or the password is invalid for the account name specified’ error. This happens after pressing the ‘Next’ button after configuring the ‘Log on as’ and ‘Connection settings’ parameters.
The error indicates that an incorrect user name/password has been specified in ‘This account’ field when configuring DeviceLock Enterprise Server startup account. As a result, DeviceLock Enterprise Server fails to start.
Make sure that specified user name and password are correct and belong to an existing user account.
