It is possible to configure the DeviceLock Enterprise Server Report settings, but after pressing "OK" button the error message is returned "ERROR: Could not load fastreport3.dll".


This error can appear if for some reason the "fastreport3.dll" was not registered during DeviceLock installation.


1. Please try to re-register it under a User Account with local administrator permissions using the following command:

regsvr32 “c:\Program Files\DeviceLock\fastreport3.dll”

on the PC where DeviceLock Enterprise Server is running.

2. Restart DeviceLock Enterprise Server Service (DLServer.exe), then try to generate report again.
