The issue indicates that there are no PnP devices on remote computer that meet 'PnP Devices Report' criteria.
1. Make sure 'Report Connected Devices Only' flag is not checked in settings of 'Report PnP Devices' plugin before scanning a DeviceLock-controlled computer.
2. Make sure 'Remote Registry' service is running on the computer and its startup type is set to 'Automatic'.
