DeviceLock Enterprise Server logs contain no information received from the client computers with Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10 OS installed, while Windows Vista/XP computers with the same configuration send their data successfully.
Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10 computers can not authorize on a remote DeviceLock Enterprise Server system without changing local security policy as described in Recommendations.
The following changes must be made to local security policy of Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10 client computers:
Run Local Security Policy (secpol.msc) -> Local Policies-> Security Options->
Network security: Allow Local System to use computer identity for NTLM = Disabled
Network security: Allow Local System NULL session fallback = Enabled
After the changes being made to Local Security Policy the client computer must be rebooted.
