An internal UMTS modem is not able to connect to wireless network, properly interact with its native modem software that is not able to see the device, or simply fails to function properly with other symptoms.

To solve the problem we need diagnostic information collected by DLInfo utility.


Generally, most UMTS modems' problems are caused by their driver software not able to handle standard PnP requests resulting in modems' malfunction.
