Symptoms

You have a tenant and Agents registered in this tenant. User login for this tenant has changed.

In backup console, on the Devices tab and on the Settings -> Agents tab, the old login name is shown in the Account column.

Cause

Issue in the product.

Solution

Acronis development team is working on the issue.

Meanwhile, please unregister the affected Agent and register it again.

To unregister the Agent:

  1. Select the affected Agent in Devices.
  2. Click to select, and then click Delete. Confirm your choice by clicking Delete again.
