You disabled Antivirus and antimalware protection via Pause protection -> Turn off protection.
Despite disabled protection, scheduled antivirus scan continues to run.
In Cyber Protection agent logs C:\ProgramData\Acronis\Agent\var\log\atp-agent you find the following message:
[error] [ScheduleServiceProxy] : UnscheduleTask()[...] No tasks for cmd
Issue in the product.
This issue has been fixed in Build 32010, please update to the latest build.
For earlier builds, as a workaround, delete the antivirus scan task script manually:
- Download Acronis Scheduler Manager, right-click it and select Run as administrator
- Run the following command in Scheduler Manager:
The program will display the list of the tasks
Find the task that looks like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Acronis\Agent\bin\adp-rest-util.exe post /task/NGMalwareProtection_NextGenerationMalwareProtectionPolicy/run/<guid>
and note its number.
In the example on the screenshot below the required task is 2-7
- Run the following commands to delete the antivirus scan task
For example, to delete the task 2-7 used in example, we would delete this record:
