Symptoms

The Active alerts details section in Daily activity report and Active alerts details widget in Overview dashboard is blank even when alerts occurred.

In the widget, alerts are grouped by "Customer name", "Folder name" or similar.

Cause

Issue in the product. If the first group in the list is empty, widget does not show alerts in other groups.

Solution

This issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 20.10

As a workaround for earlier versions, remove the grouping setting from widget or set it to "Alert type".
