You have a dockerized Acronis Agent installed on your NAS. You updated this Agent using Cyber Protection Console. After the update, backup plans run neither as per the schedule, nor manually. You don't see any errors or you see this error:

Message: Couldn't connect to server
Issue is the product: updating this agent from Cyber Protection Console is currently not supported
Remove Acronis Agent. Install the build available in the AppCenter/PackageCenter of your NAS.
