Cyber Protection plan name is displayed as "-" in operations widgets (e.g. "Backup status" widget) although the device has an applied protection plan,
Dashboards and reports show wrong date for the last backup, but under Devices tab in cyber protection console, the backup dates and status are correct.
Issue in the product.
The issue is planned to be fixed in one of the upcoming updates of Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud.
Please contact support with a reference to this article. As a workaround, a special script can be run manually on the datacenter side to force data synchronization.
