Symptoms
In your backup plan, you have selected one or more File filters.
You start noticing performance issues: slow backups, slow browsing of recovery points in cPanel/Plesk UI, or sporadical timeout failures.
Solution
Remove all the File filters set in the backup plan:
- In Cyber Protection Console, navigate to Plans and select the affected protection plan.
- Click the ellipsis (...) icon, and then click Edit.
- In the Backup section, navigate to Backup options and click Change.
- Navigate to File filters and remove all file filters.
