User tries to browse recovery points via Web Restore (https://<your_datacenter>.acronis.com/wr/)
The system message is displayed:
The server is not available at the moment. Please try again later.
the Web restore page is empty or loads indefinitely.
Issue in the product.
The issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 9.0.
As workaround, use Cyber Protection console for downloading files smaller than 100 MB. For files larger than 100MB, perform usual file recovery as described in Recovering files
