I want to review virtual firewall logs in the Acronis Cloud Security console for troubleshooting purposes but I am not able to see the logs. How do I resolve this?
In the event that you cannot see the virtual firewall logs in the Acronis Cloud Security console, please check the following:
- vFirewall is enabled on the virtual machine (VM right-click menu or Settings>vFirewall)
- Acronis vFW extension is enabled on each Hyper-V Virtual Switch
- Hyper-V host got rebooted after the Acronis Cloud Security Host Management Installation
- Hyper-V host got rebooted after disabling and re-enabling the Acronis vFW extension on the Hyper-V Virtual Switch (network filtering driver has to be enabled at system startup, thus if you disable and re-enable it during the same session, a host reboot is required)
