64601: Acronis Manager Standard: Why am I unable to create a template from a VM in Acronis Manager Standard?

Issue

I am having issues creating a template from a VM in Acronis Manager Standard. How do I resolve this? 

Resolution

This issue can happen when the perquisites are not set up correctly. It is important to set proper permissions for the locations, servers and users so that the templates work as expected. Both servers, i.e. Hyper-V host and the machine running the Acronis Manager management console and the user, under which Hyper-V host is managed, should be trusted for Kerberos Constrained delegation. Trust to any service is preferable option, “cifs” is minimal required trusted service.
