vFirewall rules that were setup in my Acronis Cloud Security product are not working and I want to get them working again. How do I do that?
If vFirewall is not in a disabled state but the vFirewall rules are still not in effect, please check to see if the Acronis Cloud Security filtering extension is enabled on the host.
To rectify this issue, please disable filtering extension and re-enable it. Also, make sure that the host is rebooted to reapply filtering.
Note: if filtering extension got previously disabled and then re-enabled again, host reboot is required.
