You have configured Scheduled Operations report on the Reports tab of the Management portal (Reports -> Operations).
Scheduled report is not received by any of the specified recipients.
Other notifications are working fine.
Issue in the product.
Acronis development team is working on the issue.
As workaround, reschedule the affected report:
- Navigate to Reports -> Operations and select the affected report.
- In the settings of the affected report, turn the toggle to the off (0) position to disable schedule.
- Open this report page and re-schedule the report in the report settings:
