You open the Backup Management Console on All Devices or any other tab that lists devices. You click the Status column header to sort devices by status.
Devices are sorted in random order, mixing "Backing up", "OK", "Warning", "Idle" and "Scheduled" status in unpredicted manner.

You can check errors and warning in Overview -> Alerts. Select the alert type you want to take a deeper look at and see the list of affected devices. Click a device, and then click Details to see more information about the issue.
