63780: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, Acronis Cyber Backup: SQL database backup fails with "An invalid file has been detected"

Issue

Backup plan, applied to an SQL server database fails with this error:

Error code: 5701903

Cause

LocalDB is installed on server  and configured to use drive that is no longer available.

Solution

Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud: the issue has been fixed in version 9.0.

Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5: the issue has been fixed in Update 5 (Build 16180)

To work around the issue without updating, stop the LocalDB instance and run backup. It should complete successfully.
