To verify whether two-factor authentication is enabled for an account:
1. In the Management portal, navigate to Clients and select the tenant:
2. Navigate to Settings -> Security.
3. Check whether two-factor authentication is enabled:
If two-factor authentication is not yet enabled and you want to enable it:
- Turn on the slider.
- In the pop-up windows, click Enable:
You will see the confirmation message in the bottom-right corner:
Now all users of the organization must set up two-factor authentication in their accounts.
