63362: Acronis Cyber Cloud: Fixing integrations after migration of storage us2-acs1

use Google Translate

Introduction

Acronis Cyber Cloud migrates backup data from one storage (baas-fes-us2-acs1.acronis.com) to a new one (baas-fes-us6-acs2.acronis.com) and replaces them in the Management Portal for some partner and customer groups. As a result, some integrations may be affected and require manual re-configuration.

Affected datacenters:

  • US5

Affected integrations:

Odin Automation

Impact

Following operations are affected if using profile linked to the old backup storage:

  • Creating new subscriptions
  • Managing existing subscriptions

Solution

As a result of migration, the old backup storage (baas-fes-us2-acs1.acronis.com) is no longer available for the partner managing the integration, as well as all its sub-tenants.

To fix the integration, modify the backup profile that used the old backup storage:

  1. In Operations Automation go to Services > Applications > Acronis Backup Cloud > open application instance > Backup Profiles tab
  2. Select the profile which used the old backup storage and click Edit
  3. In Storage option, select a new storage:

Repeat these steps for all profiles where the old storage was used.

WHMCS

Impact

Following operations are affected (when using server with old backup storage):

  • Creating new products
  • Managing existing products

Solution

As a result of migration, the old backup storage (baas-fes-us2-acs1.acronis.com) is no longer available for the partner managing the integration, as well as all its sub-tenants.

To fix the integration, modify the backup profile that used the old backup storage:

  1. In Admin panel go to Servers
  2. Select the profile which used the old backup storage and click Edit
  3. In Storage option select (e.g. baas-fes-us6-acs2.acronis.com)

Repeat these steps for all profiles where the old storage was used.

In-house integrations

Impact

Depending on how you built your integration, not changing the storage may result in failures of following operations:

  • Creating new partner/customer tenants
  • Managing existing partner/customer tenants
  • Reporting and billing
  • Other operations that use locally stored storage name or InfraID

Solution

As a result of migration, the old backup storage (baas-fes-us2-acs1.acronis.com) is no longer available for the partner managing the integration, as well as for all its sub-tenants.

To fix the integration, replace the InfraID and the Storage name in your integration code:

Old values:

  • Name: baas-fes-us2-acs1.acronis.com
  • InfraID: e4df83d2-733e-4f8e-af6c-14445e535ab5

New values:

  • Name: baas-fes-us6-acs2.acronis.com
  • InfraID: 2284998d-5a60-4595-919b-d56faa28dd29
