63259: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, Acronis Cyber Backup: "Lost connection to the back-end service" error when working in Cyber Protection console

Symptoms

When using Cyber Protection console, you get this error:

Lost connection to the back-end service

Cause

AdBlock is installed.

Solution

Add Acronis Cyber Protection console to exclusions of AdBlock.

Collect information

If the issue persists after solution is applied or no AdBlock is set up in the environment, collect HAR log when reproducing the error and contact Acronis Customer Central with reference to this article.
