Backup fails with the following error:
Failed to establish connection with cloud storage <cloud storage address>. This may happen due to a blocked port or other network issue
The issue occurs when Agent cannot establish connection with Cloud storage due to network related issues.
Run Connection Verification Tool to check if the necessary ports are open: see this article for instructions. If there are any problems the tool will tell you which port is blocked.
If Connection verification tool does not report any errors but the issue persists, collect the following diagnostic information and contact Acronis Customer Central:
- System report from the Agent that produces the error
- Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud: see here
- Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5: see here
- Output of Connection Verification tool (save results to a file or take a screenshots)
