Acronis System Report is a script that collects diagnostic information about the Mac and installed Acronis products (if any).

If no Acronis products are installed on your system, or if instructions from the above articles are not applicable for some reason, follow the steps below to collect system information on a Mac:
- Download sysinfo.zip
- Double-click the .zip archive file to extract the sysinfo.sh script
Open Terminal and run the following commands:
sudo chmod a+x <path_to_sysinfo.sh_file>
e.g. if sysinfo.sh file was placed on desktop:
sudo chmod a+x /Users/<username>/Desktop/sysinfo.sh
Provide root password if prompted
The report file with name sysinfo-<date-and-time>.tar.bz2 will be automatically saved to the /Library/Application Support/Acronis/sysinfo directory.
