You are a company administrator.
You open backup management console to restore a backup of your mobile device. In devices, you select the device to restore, but the Restore option is not available.
Issue in the product. Company administrator cannot view and restore other users' mobile backups in the backup management console, however, company administrator should be able to view and restore own mobile backups.
Acronis development team is working on the issue.
Meanwhile, you can restore your mobile backup from the mobile device.
If you still need to restore from the backup management console, please temporary disable Company Administrator role for your user.
Another company administrator or your service provider can do this for your account:
- Open the management portal.
- Select the affected company, and the select the affected user.
- Click the user profile to edit it.
- Uncheck the Company Administrator check-box.
