You have Acronis Agent installed on a machine, which belongs to a domain.
Acronis Managed Machine Service is running under a local user of this machine: .\acronis agent user or any other user that is not a domain user.
In mms log (C:\ProgramData\Acronis\BackupAndRecovery\MMS\mms.0.log), you notice multiple messages:

User running Acronis Managed Machine service is not a domain user.
The issue has been fixed in Acronis Cyber Cloud 8.0, please update to the latest build.
For Acronis Cyber Backup 12.5, the issue has been fixed in Update 5 (Build 16180), please update to the latest build.
