Upgrade procedure

The upgrade procedure depends on the Odin Automation version you use (former Odin Service Automation, Parallels Automations).

You cannot jump over a version, for example, you cannot upgrade from version 1277 to 1994, without setting up version 1972. Following is the APS package upgrade path:

  1. Upgrade to version 670
  2. Upgrade to version 1277
  3. Upgrade to version 1972
  4. Upgrade to version 2007
  5. Upgrade to version 2052

Depending on the Odin Automation version, follow the upgrade instruction:

Upgrade for Odin Automation 8.0

  1. Upgrade aps-php-runtime to 8.0-121: for this, download the corresponding file from https://docs.cloudblue.com/oa/8.0/sdk/resources/downloads/.
  2. Upgrade APS package to acronis-backup-cloud-2.2-2052.x86_64.rpm: download it here http://dl2.acronis.com/u/ci/aps-abc/2.0/2052/AcronisBackupCloud-2.2-2052.premium.app.zip or http://dl2.acronis.com/u/ci/aps-abc/2.0/2052/acronis-backup-cloud-2.2-2052.premium.x86_64.rpm.

Upgrade for Odin Automation 7.4

  1. Upgrade aps-php-runtime to 7.4-113: for this, download the corresponding file from https://docs.cloudblue.com/oa/7.4/sdk/resources/downloads/.
  2. Upgrade APS package to acronis-backup-cloud-2.2-2052.x86_64.rpm: download it here http://dl2.acronis.com/u/ci/aps-abc/2.0/2052/AcronisBackupCloud-2.2-2052.premium.app.zip or http://dl2.acronis.com/u/ci/aps-abc/2.0/2052/acronis-backup-cloud-2.2-2052.premium.x86_64.rpm.

Upgrade for Odin Automation 7.3

  1. Upgrade aps-php-runtime to 7.3-101: for this, download the corresponding file from https://docs.cloudblue.com/oa/7.3/sdk/resources/downloads/.
  2. Download file http://dl2.acronis.com/u/ci/aps-abc/2.0/2052/AcronisBackupCloud-2.2-2052.premium.app.zip.

  4. Upgrade Odin Automation to 7.4.

Upgrade for Odin Automation 7.0-7.1

  1. Upgrade Odin Automation to 7.3.
  2. In case the current version of Acronis APS is lower than 1884, involve Odin and refer to https://kb.odin.com/en/131431.
  3. Upgrade aps-php-runtime to 2.3-55: for this, download the corresponding file from https://docs.cloudblue.com/oa/7.3/sdk/resources/downloads/.
