Introduction

Acronis Cyber Files Cloud Client has logs which can be very useful for investigation in case an issue arises.

Below are the step on how to open the log folder to provide it to Acronis Support.

Windows

  1. Click the FilesCloud icon in the notification/tray area, and select Preferences.
  2. Click Open Log Folder:
  3. The Files Cloud.log file is in C:\ProgramData\Acronis\Files Cloud Client 
  4. Zip the whole logs folder and share it with Acronis Support.

MacOSx

  1. Click the FilesCloud icon in the notification/tray area and select Preferences.
  2. Click Open Log Folder:
  3. The Files Cloud.log file are in /Library/Application Support/com.acronis.filescloud/
  4. Zip the whole logs folder and share it with Acronis Support.
