Acronis True Image closes unexpectedly at startup if Wacom software is also installed.
Known compatibility issue.
Check if the issue is resolved after each step:
- Update Acronis True Image and Wacom software and drivers to the latest version.
- If it didn't help, uninstall Wacom, reboot the computer and see if Acronis True Image now launches successfully.
- Check if Wacom driver and files were indeed removed by uninstallation:
If any of them are still present - check the list of installed software in Windows (Start - Settings - Apps), Windows devices (Start menu - type devmgmt.msc, press Enter), to make sure that Wacom software has been fully uninstalled.
- If the issue still remains, it could be unrelated to Wacom - in such case perform a clean reinstallation of Acronis True Image.
