All Customers who purchased Acronis Disk Director 12 in 30 days prior to release of Acronis Disk Director 12.5 Home (on January 7, 2019 or later) via official Acronis resellers, official online stores and authorized retailers are eligible for receiving the product upgrade free of charge. To receive the upgrade, you should make an inquiry to Acronis Customer Central. (Please attach your purchase confirmation details to your inquiry, so that we can verify the purchase date).

This policy does not apply if the product was purchased through Acronis promotional offers unless the free upgrade to the new version is explicitly advertised in the promotional offer.

You can receive upgrade licenses to Acronis Disk Director 12.5 Workstation/Server if you have a valid Acronis Advantage Standard/Premier support program.
