Agent version is 9940 or newer is installed. Backup fails with an error message inapplicable to Acronis Backup Cloud:"One or more machines are not assigned a license" or "Functionality 'XX' is not available. Please use the appropriate license."
Issue in the product. It is fixed in Acronis Backup Cloud 7.8 - please update Agent to the latest version to resolve the issue
If your Datacenter is not yet updated to version 7.8, you can use a workaround - re-register the Agent manually: follow Acronis Backup Cloud: Registering Backup Client Manually
