Please note that Acronis Cloud servers in Japan are undergoing a planned maintenance from July 4th, 2018 until July 30th, 2018. During this period the displayed occupied and free space on Cloud Storage will not reflect the real numbers. This is expected behavior. The issue is with GUI only.
Please be assured that all the data remains totally safe and fully available for normal operation: backup, recovery and all other. After the maintenance finishes, the numbers of occupied and free space will be restored to their expected values on that date.
