Installation or update of Acronis Storage Node fails with the following message:
A fatal error has occurred
"ASN user" account does not exist, but a related key exists in registry.
Delete ASN user entries in the registry:
- Open Windows Registry Editor: Start -> search -> type regedit.exe and press Enter.
- Locate the following key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acronis\Installer\CreatedServiceUser
- Delete the values that have "ASN user" in name
- Reattempt the installation
