Acronis Management Server is not operational if HPE Agentless Management is installed on the same machine.

When you open web console and specify credentials for login, message Data loading is displayed and after some time login window is shown again.

Installation of Acronis Backup Management Server hangs at 99% and never finishes if HPE Agentless Management is installed on the same machine.

Acronis Management Server service and HPE Agentless Management use the same service name "AMS"

In Update 4 (Build 12730) name for Acronis Management Service was changed to AcrMngSrv so this issue no longer applies. Please update to the latest build.

To work around the issue without updating, if you have already installed Acronis Backup 12.5 and HPE Agentless Management on the same machine and web console does not connect to Acronis Management Server, follow the instructions below:

1) Download ams.zip.

2) Unzip the archive and double-click on the .reg file to add the necessary value to the registry

3) Open Windows RegistryStart -> search -> type regedit.exe and press Enter.

4) Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services and find AcronisAMS subkey. Check ImagePath registry value: the path should match the location of the ManagementServer.exe on the machine (by default the location is C:\Program Files\Acronis\AMS\ManagementServer.exe). Modify ImagePath registry value, if necessary

5) Restart the computer.
