What is maintenance and why is it important?
Perpetual licenses for Acronis Business products were bundled with 12 months of support and maintenance from the date of purchase. Renewing and maintaining your Acronis software maintenance & support agreement is the easiest and most cost-effective way of protecting your product investment. An active maintenance/support agreement ensures you with access to the latest product upgrades, downloads, and fixes, assistance from skilled support professionals by phone, chat, and email, an extensive knowledge base of articles with known solutions; and self-help capabilities to keep pace with the demands of your business users and IT needs.
How to renew my maintenance contract?
Depending on your order history, you can be offered to renew the maintenance online or offline.
I have a certificate but still receive notifications
To ensure you stay protected with active maintenance at all times Acronis Cyber Protect notifies you with an alert 30 days before maintenance expiration, and again after maintenance for your licenses expires. If you have already purchased maintenance renewal, but Acronis Management Server and/or Acronis Account still show old expiration date, you need to register your maintenance renewal under your account - see this article for instructions.

After you register maintenance renewal in Acronis Account, maintenance data will be updated in Settings -> Licenses within 24 hours. If you use build 12730 or later, you can use Sync button under Settings > Licenses in backup management console to update maintenance information in Protection Console.
