This is expected behavior. Disabling automatic switch to DST is planned for future releases.
When you disable automatic switch to DST (Daylight Saving Time) in Windows on a machine where Acronis Management Server is installed, Virtual Appliance deployed from this management server still switches to Daylight Saving Time and runs scheduled tasks based on this time.
This is expected behavior. Switching to Daylight Saving Time is always enabled in Virtual Appliance.
Acronis is working on adding the option to disable automatic switch to DST.
As a workaround, you can change the time zone (to +1 or -1, depending on current time) directly on appliance by opening its console from vSphere client to match the current time.
