You are collecting a system information report from an Acronis Agent for Office 365 installed in the cloud.
It fails with:
Error code: 1
Message: Agent is not accessible
In Cyber Protection console, navigate to the Backup storage tab and wait for it to load. Make sure that this Acronis Agent for Office 365 is selected to browse backups from. This will wake up the agent.
After that, collect system information report again.
