You are collecting a system information report from an Acronis Agent for Office 365 installed in the cloud.
It fails with:
Error code: 1
Message: Agent is not accessible
In the backup management console, navigate to the Backups tab and wait for it to load. Make sure that this Acronis Agent for Office 365 is selected to browse backups from. This will wake up the agent.
After that, collect system information report again.
